Returns and Refunds: Each piece of art listed within our store is an original hand-made work of art and as such you should expect that there might be imperfections in the paint or the finish.
We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds on our art but if there are issues with shipping or your piece does not arrive in excellent condition please reach out to us immediately.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
If the box your item arrives in is damaged, please ensure you take photos / videos prior to opening. We need this evidence to make a claim with the shipping company.
